Fresh pasta is something so tasty yet so easy to make! We will show you how to make it from scratch along with a sauce, so that we can taste our delicious creation right at the end of the class.
Flour and water. What can you make with it? Or an even better question, is there something that you can’t make with it? Most of the pasta from the Italian tradition is made only with two ingredients: semolina flour and water. Another popular variety is fresh egg pasta, like the famous tagliatelle or tagliolini.
Since we love both styles, we offer two different pasta cooking classes.
In the fresh semolina pasta cooking class you will learn how to make pasta from scratch according to the Southern Italian tradition, using only two ingredients: semolina flour and water. We will shape our dough into cavatelli rigati or maloreddus, typical short pasta styles. This type of pasta is also suitable for vegans or egg intolerants, since it doesn’t containt eggs.
In the fresh egg pasta cooking class you will learn instead how to make pasta as it’s more common in the Northern Italian tradition. For this version, you will need all-purpose flour, a bit of semolina flour and eggs. Your final result will be the well known tagliatelle or tagliolini.
In each class we will also teach you how to make a delicious sauce to match our creation. We will decide together what to make, according to your preferences and seasonal ingredients. Only one step left: eating it!

The ingredients are meant for two servings. You can multiply them X2 (or more) to make more servings.

For the Semolina Pasta Cooking Class:
- 200 g (1 abundant cup) of semolina flour
- 100 ml (about 1/2 cup) of water
For the Fresh Egg Pasta Cooking Class:
- 110 g (1 cup) of all purpose flour
- 90 g (1/2 cup) of semolina flour
- 2 eggs

- We will agree about a day and time for the class and send you the instructions for the payment.
- After you make the payment you will receive an email from us with the Zoom link to join the class on the established day/time, as well as a list of the tools and ingredients needed for the class.
- Please, be ready with the tools and ingredients before the beginning of the class.
- The class will take place live on Zoom on a day and time we will agree together.
- You can connect with any device but we recommend to use a PC or tablet. Make sure your Internet connection works well.
- We will cook along with you, showing how to make every step of the recipe.
- You will be able to follow through multiple camera angles.
- After the class you will receive a PDF file with the recipe to make it again whenever you want.
This is a private class. You can invite as many friends or family members as you like. It’s possible to connect with different devices from different locations.We suggest a maximum of 5-6 connected devices to guarantee a better quality of the experience.
Yes. In this case we will send you a gift voucher via email. The recipient of the gift will have to contact us to agree about the day and time of the class. The voucher does not expire.
