Cancelation Policy for tours in presence
In case of a mishap we will do our best to reschedule the tour. However, in case it’s not possible, we apply the following conditions for cancelations.
Tours in presence which have been fully paid online in advance will be refunded in the following situations:
- The tour is canceled by the guest more than 7 days before the experience. In this case a 5% commission fee will be withdrawn to cover the booking and the cancellation costs through our system, and you will receive a 95% refund.
- The tour is canceled by the guide. In this case you will receive a 100% refund.
- The tour cannot take place due to force majeur (extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.). This does not include problems or delays related to flights or other modes of transportation. In this case, the tour will be considered as canceled by the guest (we will do our best to accomodate a reschedule, but we cannot guarantee it will be possible). In case of cancellation from our side due to force majeur, you will receive a 100% refund.
Tours in presence which have been fully paid online in advance will NOT be refunded in the following situations:
- The tour is canceled by the guest less than 7 days before the tour (we will do our best to accomodate a reschedule, but we cannot guarantee it will be possible).
- The guests don’t show up at the meeting point.
Cancelation Policy for online classes
Our Online Cooking Classes vouchers don’t have an expiration date and are not refundable. They can be transferred to third parties.
